In pressure cooker take washed both dal + all spices, ghee switch on gas cook it for 1whistle ;let it cool completely & open it

In another bowl take barley flour, all spices & ghee mix nicely & knead with lukewarm water dough should be like poori ;cover & keep aside for 5 minutes after that knead it again with 1/2 tsp ghee & make small Dhokali you can see in pic till you make Dhokali keep boiled dal on gas with 1-1/2 glass of water when it starts boil add Dhokali one by one cook for 30 min on medium to slow flame in between stir it

Take little ghee in pan add jeera when it starts crackle add garlic 🧄 ginger 🫚 & green chili & chili powder mix it add little coriander leaves & put on dal Dhokali
Make onion 🧅 tomato 🍅 salad with little salt chili powder & lemon 🍋 juice - 4
Serve Dal Dhokali in deep bowl top with onion 🧅 tomato 🍅 salad if required add few drops lemon juice & 1/2 tsp warm ghee & enjoy chatapata barley flour Dal Dhokali
