Steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Heat the Olive Oil over medium-high heat. Fry the Onions until soft and translucent.

Add the Baby Marrows to the onions in the pan and cook for a couple of minutes over medium heat.

Remove from heat and add in the Chorizo Sausage.

Whisk the Gluten-Free Flour, baking powder, Almond Milk, Mustard Powder, Salt and Pepper until there is no more lumps.

Whisk in the Eggs into the milk mixture.

Place the chorizo mixture into a greased baking dish.
- 8
Slowly pour the milk mixture over the chorizo mixture and bake for 40 minutes until set.
