Ingredients

2-3 side servings
  • 2cucumbers peeled and finely chopped
  • 1ladle/0.75 cups curds
  • 0.5 cupCoconut
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tspmustard
  • Tempering
  • Red chilli
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 1.5 tspudad dal
  • 1 sprigCurry leaves

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Grind coconut, chilli and mustard to fine paste.
    Add water as required.

  2. 2

    Add paste to chopped cucumber. One ladle curds. Salt and mix. (Note no boiling involved)

  3. 3

    Add tempering.
