This pearl millet flour and methi leaves paratha is full of nutrients.I have made it with pearl millet flour,methi leaves and sesame seeds.It is very soft and flavourful because I have used curd ,ginger,garlic and green chilli.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients except oil to make a soft dough.Let it rest for 10 min.

Heat tawa.Divide the dough into 7 portions.Make balls and roll to a paratha.

Place paratha on the tawa and cook,pour some oil and spread.Flip it over and cook on both the sides until golden brown.Cook all the paratha.Your tasty paratha is ready to serve.Enjoy it with bathua raita or butter.
