Ingredients

  • 1 cupPearl millet flour
  • 1/3 rd cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1 t.sp.Salt
  • 1 cupMethi leaves (washed and finely chopped)
  • 1 t.sp. Ginger, garlic each(grated)
  • 1/2 t.sp. Turmeric powder
  • 3/4th.t.sp. Red chilli powder
  • 1 .tb.sp. Sesame seeds
  • Oil for shallow frying

30 min.
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except oil to make a soft dough.Let it rest for 10 min.

    Heat tawa.Divide the dough into 7 portions.Make balls and roll to a paratha.

    Place paratha on the tawa and cook,pour some oil and spread.Flip it over and cook on both the sides until golden brown.Cook all the paratha.Your tasty paratha is ready to serve.Enjoy it with bathua raita or butter.
