Steps

Dry roast til in a pan. Once it is roasted spread it on cotton cloth/ kitchen towel

Heat ghee in a pan and add jaggery. As colour changes immediately add roasted til and mix well.

Quickly mix it. Once it is mixed properly, turn off the gas and transfer the mixture on greased plate/ platform.

With the help of rolling pin roll it thin. Make mark on it. As it cools down cut the pieces and store it in an airtight container.
