Combine all ingredients. except the last 3 on the list. Make a soft dough like for paratha. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Make lemon size balls from the entire dough and set it..aside dust each ball with flour and roll into round roti shape..heat a pan and cook on both sides using oil until brown spots appear on both sides.

Soft and Delicious sarson thepla is ready.
