Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 2 cupssmall shell pasta
  • 1green pepper (diced small)
  • 1carrot (sliced)
  • 15 ozjar of Bertolli Alfredo Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 clovesgarlic diced (optional)
  • 2 tbspolive oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Start by assembling all ingredients and bring a pot of salted water to boil.

  2. 2

    Add shell pasta and cook according to package instructions

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, wash and cut carrots and peppers. Add olive oil to a pan and add vegetabls, mixing constantly for 1 minute. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, mix again and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, to absorb the flavor and aromas.

  5. 5

    Add the full jar of algredo sauce and incorporate everything well.

  6. 6

    By now pasta will be done, drain it and add to sauce. Mix well to incorporate.

  7. 7

    Serve with a side of buttery bread or salad and enjoy !
