Steps

1.In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice,pepper and salt.
2. Add 1 tsp olive oil and stir in onions, garlic and spinach. Once the onions turn light brown pour the mixture over the yoghurt. - 2
3.In the same pan add again 1 tsp olive oil and stir the mint leaves.
4. Pour again in the mixture.
5. Give a hearty mix and your dip is ready.
