Steps

Mix besan curd and water in a pan.mix it and make a lump free mixture.

Take Ghee in a pan, add fenugreek, mustard and cumin seeds together with clove, cinnamon stick and Bay leaf to crackle,last add asafoetida and chilli garlic ginger paste and sauté well..

Now add besan curd mixture and stir on slow flame.make sure not to stick at the bottom and not to over flow from the pan.
Add salt and chilli powder and mix.
Let the kadhi boil till besan cook well.
Lastly add fresh coriander and switch off the gas.
Kadhi is ready. - 4
Make steamed rice.
Serving Time..
Serve kadhi in a bowl and steamed Rice..
