Every now and then, I make a super indulgent dessert. It doesn't take much time to prepare, requires no baking, and has a soft, creamy texture.

Make the cream: In a bowl, combine the mascarpone and sweetened condensed milk. Mix very well. Whip the heavy cream and gently fold it into the mixture, then add the hazelnut spread. Mix gently until combined.

Lightly dip the cookies in coffee and arrange them as a base on a serving plate. Cover the cookie layer with a layer of cream, then add another layer of cookies, followed by more cream, and then more cookies. Continue layering this way until all the ingredients are used up.

Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
