Kned the dough well using hand and make a round shape...

Aloo paneer masalas making: Smash the boiled potatoes. Cut the paneer into cubes and add above required pepper powder. Smash the paneer cubes. Combined both aloo and paneer mixture.

Stove on... Saute the onion and ginger make sure that onion becomes golden brown.

Add the aloo paneer mixture, add required chaat masala, salt.

At last add req. chilli powder and coriander leavesand a pinch of ghee..

Stove on. On medium heat add ghee/oil..

Make the dough into balls, roll it slightly, then place the masala mixture above the chapati and join the dough in wave pattern, again roll it... Place it on heated stove add extra oil or ghee as needed
