Ingredients

10-12 minutes
6 Sandesh
  1. For the Apple Mixture:👇
  2. 6 tbspgrated apples
  3. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  4. 1/4 tspsaffron strands
  5. 2 tspsugar substitute
  6. For the Sandesh :👇
  7. 3/4 cupcrumbled paneer
  8. 2 tspsugar substitute
  9. 5 tspwarm milk
  10. Paneer & saffron strands to garnish

Steps

10-12 minutes
  1. 1

    For the Apple Mixture : Combine the saffron strands with 1/2 tsp water in a pan & mix well.Cook for 30 seconds.

    Add lemon juice & grated apples & 1/2 tbsp of water & mix well. Cook on medium flame 🔥 for 8 - 10 minutes or till all the water is evaporated & the mixture is soft & pulpy.Keep aside to cool.

    Make 6 equal size balls from the apple mixture. Keep aside.

    Combine all the ingredients in a mixer jar & blend till smooth. Transfer the mixture into the refrigerator & refrigerate for 15 minutes.

    Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions & roll each portion into a ball.

    Flatten it lightly.Make a depression in the centre, using your index finger.

    How to proceed : Just before serving, fill each depression with a portion of the apple mixture. Dot with little paneer & saffron strands. Serve immediately. A delightful Apple Sandesh is sure to please your guests this Valentine's 💘 Day.
