This recipe is quite easy to prepare and serves as a great party starter or tea time snacks.
I enjoy it with tea and ketchup😍

For the puff stuffing, we will chop the onions, tomato and chill. Heat oil and add onions, salt and sauté well. Add tomato and chilli.

Fry well. Add masala and fry till there’s no water left. Cool down. Take puff sheet, spread evenly.

Cut it into 8 pieces. Take a slice add the stuffing in the centre. Cut the eggs into half, place over the stuffing.

Spread water in the corners. Stick over the top making it a puff shape of your choice. Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile pre- heat the oven for 5-10 minutes. Take the puffs out of the fridge. Apply beaten egg over the puffs.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degree C. Enjoy 🥳
