Start by soaking the whole green mung overnight.

The next day, add some oil to a pressure cooker.

Add mustard seeds, jeera, hing, curry leaves and dried red chilli to the oil.

Now add the soaked beans to the cooker and give a mix.
- 5
Now add the water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera-coriander powder and salt. Give a mix and cook for 3 whistle.

After the steam releases, add lemon juice and serve✨
