In pressure cooker add soaked chole and boiled it for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds,cumin and when it cracked add onion and ginger garlic paste,stir it.then add coconut powder stir it well.add chill powder,then add tomato purée.

After add tomato purée stir it until oil is free.Then add boiled chole and add all spices,mix it well,add two cup water and salt. Cook it for ten minutes.cover it.Teady your chole,garnish with fresh coriander leaves,and serve with roti or rice. Enjoy
