Dry chana massala
Very simple, quick and tasty recipe.
Steps

Soak dry chickpeas in water for 8-10 hours or overnight. Pressure cook with pinch of baking soda and water for 1 whistle on medium-high flame.

Heat oil in a medium pan. Add cumin seeds let it splutter then add onion and saute on medium-high heat until it turns golden brown. Now add garlic paste. Mix well and cook for another minute

Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes stirring a few times until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.

Now add all the spices mentioned above.

Add boiled chickpeas, salt and coriander leaves.

Simmer for 5 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.
