Restaurant style chole paneer recipe, flavorful onion and tomato based Punjabi curry with cooked white chickpeas and soft paneer cubes.
Steps

First of all soak the kabuli chana for 5-6 hours. Then add water and potli as mentioned above ingredients in the cooker and boil it for 4-5 whistles.then cool down completely.

Shallow fry the paneer in butter. Fine paste of onion, garlic, ginger and chili. or finely chop it.

Heat oil and butter in a pan and add cumin seeds, hing and khada masala and saute. After that add onion paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add all the spices and tomato puree to it and saute till the oil releases.

Now add 2 cups of hot water and let it boil. Then add kasuri methi, chole masala and kabuli chana and add cream. When it thickens a little, add paneer and coriander and take it off after 2 minutes.

Now restaurant style Chole Paneer masala is ready to serve.it tastes Delicious with Naan, Kulcha, roti or paratha.
