Split the muffins in half and place on a foil sheet. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with 1 tablespoon of water. You can leave it plain or I like to add Everything Italian or salt pepper and garlic to flavor.

Place the sauce, then pepperoni then cheese on top of the English muffins. Cook for ten minutes.
