Ingredients

4-6 hours
3-4 people
  • 1 lb.Italian sausage, cut into medallions
  • 1whole onion, sliced
  • 2bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 TBS.Garlic salt
  • 2 tsp.Sage
  • 1 TBS.Rosemary
  • 2 tsp.Thyme

Steps

4-6 hours
  1. 1

    Place everything in a crockpot sprayed with cooking spray.

  2. 2

    Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

    Serve over rice or in a sandwich.
