Ingredients

1 hour 30 minutes

  • 100 gramsBlack Eyed Beans
  • 7whole vegetables,
  • beans,
  • snow peas,
  • potatoes,
  • brinjals
  • peas
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric
  • Water as required
  • Few whole chillies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Mustard oil

Steps

1 hour 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast black eyed beans for a couple of minutes.

  2. 2

    In a handi add whole vegetables, let them boil for some time.

    Next add the dal and cook it until everything is boiled well.

    Serve with salt as per taste and drizzle mustard oil from top.
