  • For normal poori
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 2 tspoil
  • Water to knead
  • For beetroot poori
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 3 tspbeetroot puree
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • Water to knead
  • For coriander poori
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 3 tspcoriander puree
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsphing
  • Water to knead
  • For turmeric poori
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Water to knead
  • Oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all coloured dough using the ingredients cover and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Divide the dough in equal size balls and roll it not thin or thick.

  3. 3

    Heat oil add poori one by one and fry to fluffy.

  4. 4

    Colourful pooris ready for Holi celebration, serve with potato subji.
