1/2 tspSalt
1tblsp red chilli powder
1/4 teasp turmeric
1/4 t.sp. asafoetida

Steam cook elephant Yam. Peel it and cut it into square pieces. Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add asafoetida.

Add elephant Yam. Cook on low flame. After some time, it will be crispy. Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Switch off the flame. Serve hot.
