In sieve take two cup poha and wash it cut onion and green chillies

Put the kadai on the gas on low flame add oil fry the peanuts and remove from kadai, in the same oil add mustard seeds,and jeera, curry leaves add turmeric powder now fry onion and green chillies

Now add poha,add salt as per taste, also add sugar and lemon juice add coriander leaves,stir all ingredients and put the lead on poha for 2 min.

Serve the poha with lemon or grinded coconut
