Aam Panna is one of the best homemade drinks you can have in summers. It is made using raw green mangoes,mint and sugar or jaggery. This drink has a very cooling effect on the body, and prevents you from catching the heat during the hot sultry summers.
Cooking Instructions

Boil the washed, peeled raw mangoes, with a little water in a cooker for 10-15 minutes or 2-3 whistles, till mangoes are all soft and pulpy. Then let it cool down.

After that add all the ingredients except black salt and grind it in the mixer. Add cold water as required.

Mix chilli,salt in a plate. Apply lemon juice on the edge of the glass and invert the glass in plate and stick the spices.Now strain the prepared mango mixture and pour with ice cubes to a glass and garnish with mint leaves and mango slices on top. The aam panna is ready.
