Garlic Cheesy Maggi
Steps

Peel and grate garlic cloves. Put in a bowl. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and kashmiri chillu powder. Add water to make a solution.

Heat oil in a pan. Add spice solution and saute on medium heat till oil separates. Add 500 ml water and add maggi. Let it boil and cook till soft.

When maggi is soft add tomato sauce and salt. Mix.

Add cheese slice and cook till cheese melts. Mix well and add a little water if required. Garlic masala cheesy maggi is ready to be served. Enjoy.
