2 hours on low heat
Serves 6 servings
  • 2onions
  • 2carrots
  • Salt and pepper
  • Beef stock
  • 6paupiettes (stuffed meat rolls)
  • 1 1/4 cupswater (300 ml)

Steps

2 hours on low heat
  1. 1

    Peel the onions and sauté them in oil.

  2. 2

    When the onions are cooked, add the paupiettes and brown them on all sides.

  3. 3

    Add salt, pepper, beef stock, and water. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Serve with potatoes, pasta, or rice.
