  • 2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoonsugar
  • 2 tablespoonMirin(sweet seasoning Sake)
  • 150 mlwater
  • Cooked rice or Sushi rice
  • Nori (dried laver) for garnish

    Cut Aburaage half
