Carrot & Banana Muffins

Wow Muffins with the whole wheat, banana & carrots. These are healthy & my favourite Muffins. Good to have them tea or coffee or whenever you are craving for sweet but healthy. They tastes best when they are warm.

Wow Muffins with the whole wheat, banana & carrots. These are healthy & my favourite Muffins. Good to have them tea or coffee or whenever you are craving for sweet but healthy. They tastes best when they are warm.
Steps

Line the muffin tray paper cups. Preheat the oven @ 160 degrees.

Sieve the flours, baking pd. & soda.

Add carrots & raisins to the flour. Mix & keep aside.

Beat butter, essence & sugar till light & fluffy. Remove the beater.

Add half of the flour & mix well with spatula. Add the remaining flour & mix to get a lumpy batter. Do not over mix. Just mix enough to moisten the dry ingredients.

Add banana puree & fold to mix. Add milk & mix gently.

Pour the mixture in the prepared tray, tap lightly.

Bake them for 25-30 mins or till golden on the top.
