2 tblsunsweetened almond milk
2 tblsalmond flour
1tlbs cocoa powder
1/4 cupsugar or substitute
1 1/2tsps vanilla extract
pinchsalt

In a 1/2 pint sized mason jar (or in a microwave-safe coffee cup), add egg and beat with a fork.

Add in remaining ingredients and stir gently to combine.

Microwave on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes. The top of the cake may look a little wet, but that's okay.

Top with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or a tiny bit of frosting.
