Serves 1 serving

1 bowlrice (using multigrain rice)
1egg
1heaping tablespoon fukujinzuke (Japanese pickles)
Soy sauce, to taste

Serve the rice, add the egg and fukujinzuke, mix, and enjoy. If you like a stronger flavor, add soy sauce.
