Crack the egg into a bowl and beat well. Add the granulated sugar, honey, and vegetable oil in order, mixing well after each addition.

Add the milk, then sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and no lumps remain.

Lightly coat a nonstick skillet with vegetable oil (just for the first batch). Heat over medium.

Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan. When bubbles form on the surface, flip it over.

Once cooked, wrap in a paper towel to cool.

Sandwich sweet red bean paste between two pancakes to finish.
