Ingredients

Serves 3-4 servings
  1. 3 pieceschicken thighs
  2. 【Garlic Ketchup Sauce】
  3. 1 tablespoongrated garlic
  4. 2 tablespoonsketchup
  5. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 2 tablespoonssake
  7. 2 tablespoonsmirin
  8. 2 tablespoonssugar

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the garlic ketchup sauce ingredients. Remove the yellow fat from the chicken thighs and make several cuts across the grain of the meat with a knife.

    In a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the chicken thighs skin-side down without oil until browned, then flip and cook the other side the same way.
