Ingredients

  • 1 cupchickpeas (about 200 grams)
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 2tomatoes
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 1green onion
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 1 teaspoonsalt and black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.

    Drain the chickpeas. They should be plump and have expanded in size.

  3. 3

    Boil the chickpeas until fully cooked.

  4. 4

    Chop all the vegetables into small or large pieces as you prefer, and mix them with the chickpeas.

  5. 5

    Add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Enjoy the best salad ever!
