  • Broccoli
  • Panko crumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Milk
  • Eggs

    Milk and egg mix in bowl..

  2. 2

    Soak chicken in mixture and roll in panko bread crumbs

  3. 3

    Drop in pan that's lightly coated with olive oil. On med heat till golden brown.

    Remove from pan, then at broccoli and saute on med heat with garlic, till lightly crisp

    And chicken and coat with soy sauce and sesasme oil.
