  1. Edamame, as much as you like
  2. Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the edamame and trim both ends with kitchen scissors. Add salt and rub to remove the fuzz.

    Bring water to a boil and add the edamame. Boil until tender.

    Once tender, drain in a colander. Do not rinse with water.

    Enjoy! This time, I sprinkled a little salt after boiling.
