Ingredients

200 GramsPaneer (grated)
Capsicum (Red & Green) 1/2 Each
Green chilli (finely chopped) 2 small
1Onion (finely chopped)
1Tomato (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoonturmeric
to tasteSalt
Oil 1 Table Spoon

Steps

In a karahi, heat oil, add onion, green chili and turmeric, cook for a couple of minutes until the onions turn transparent.

Add in the tomato and capsicum, cook for another 2-3 minutes

Add paneer and salt, mix well and cook till heated through.

Serve hot with roti or paratha.
