  1. 4 cupsWater
  2. 1/4 tspSea Salt (or Himalayan salt)
  3. 1 cupSteel-Cut Oats, Gluten-Free
  4. 1 1/2schoops Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
  5. 1/2 tspPure Caramel Extract
  6. 4 tspAll-Natural Peanut Butter
  7. 1/4 tspGround Cinnamon
  8. 2 TbspFresh Mixed Berries

  1. 1

    Bring water and salt to a boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Add oats; mix well. Reduce heat to low. Gently boil, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 30 minutes, or until thick and soft. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Add Shakeology, extract, and peanut butter; mix well.

  4. 4

    Top evenly with cinnamon and berries to serve.
