Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders, sprinkle with a little salt, and let them sit for a while. Lightly coat the surface with potato starch.

Combine and mix the ● ingredients well.

Add a generous amount of vegetable oil to a frying pan and arrange the potato starch-coated tenders. Grill over high heat until they are nicely browned.

Once one side is grilled, flip them over, cover with a lid, and reduce to medium heat. When they are nicely browned, turn off the heat.
