1 serving
  • 1 packageShin Ramyun instant noodles
  • 3/4-1 cupwater (200–250 ml)
  • 1 1/4-1 1/2 cupssoy milk (300–350 ml)
  • About 4 inches green onion
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the water and soy milk into a pot and bring to a boil.

    Once boiling, add all the contents of the Shin Ramyun package. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the green onion and egg during cooking, to your preferred doneness.

  3. 3

    After 5 minutes, it's ready to serve!

  4. 4

    I like my egg soft and runny—try mixing it with the noodles as you eat.
