Ingredients

  • 4salad tomatoes
  • 2bowl of rice
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspoil
  • 2 tspsoy sauce
  • 1/2salt
  • 1/2 tspwhite Peppers
  • ketchup(depend on personal taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cutting each salad tomatoes in 4pieces

  2. 2

    Cook fried egg in pan(whatever type you like) and put it aside

  3. 3

    Put oil in pan and high medium power stir-fry salad tomatoes maximum 2min

  4. 4

    Put rice in the pan, turn the power lower, add soy sauce and ketchup, mixing all of them slowly

  5. 5

    Put the fried egg on top

  6. 6

    Enjoy your Jiā dàn fàn
