Mix the flour, salt, oil and pour half of water amount. Mix the dough until it is soft and smooth. Add the rest of water as needed.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

After 30 mins, portion the dough into 6 small dough. Flatten the dough with baking roll, smear some oil on the flatten dough.

Heat up your non stick pan. Pan fry the dough each side 1 - 2 minutes until golden brown.

Beat the eggs and season it with salt and pepper. Make omellet in your pan.

Assemble your paratha roll with some butter, add the omellet, sliced onion, tomato and cucumber. Roll it up.

Ready to serve
