Broken wheat (dalia) khichdi
Delicious, wholesome and nutritious dish.
Steps

Firstly, in a pan heat ghee. Add dalia and roast them.

Roast for 2-3 minutes or till dalia turns aromatic. Keep aside.

Further, in a cooker heat oil, cumin seeds and asafotedia. Saute till cumin seeds splutter.

Now add tomato and peas. Saute till it turns soft and mushy.

Add turmeric powder and salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add water and let it come to boil after that add dalia an mix it well.

Cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles or till dalia gets cooked completely.

Finally, serve dalia with curd or pickle.
