Cooking Instructions

For the pizza dough:
Pour the water into the bread machine pan. - 2
Add the sugar, salt, nonfat dry milk, and olive oil in that order to the pan.

Evenly add the all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour to cover the water.

Add the active dry yeast, making sure it does not touch the water.

Place the pan in the bread machine and select the pizza dough course. Start the machine.

For the topping:
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and mix with mayonnaise. - 7
Combine the seasonings in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute.

Add the chicken from step 6 to a heated skillet and cook until browned on the surface.

Add the sauce from step 7 to the skillet, cover, and cook the chicken through. Transfer to a container and let cool.

When the bread machine beeps, turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Divide into 3 portions, shape into balls, cover with a damp cloth, and let rest for 20 minutes.

Roll out each dough ball with a rolling pin, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and poke holes all over with a fork.

For the sauce:
Separate the chicken and cooking juices from step 9. Mix the cooking juices with mayonnaise. - 13
Pour the sauce from step 12 over the dough from step 11 and spread evenly. Fold the edges of the dough slightly inward all around.

Evenly distribute the reserved chicken from step 12 over the pizza.

Top with as much shredded pizza cheese as you like.

Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 15 minutes. (Baking time may vary depending on your oven and the size/thickness of the dough.)

After the pizza has cooled, sprinkle with shredded nori.
