Steps
- 1
Cut the pork and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Arrange the pork and vegetables in a nonstick skillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon powder.
- 3
Place the udon noodles on top, add about 1/2 cup water (100 ml), cover, and steam over heat for about 5 minutes.
- 4
Remove the lid, add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir and break up the noodles for 1–2 minutes, letting the excess liquid evaporate.
- 5
Add the bonito flakes and continue to stir and break up the noodles for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well mixed and the liquid is gone.
- 6
Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt or soy sauce if needed.
