Ingredients

3-4 servings

500 gparsnips peeled and chopped
1small white onion chopped
1 tinCanelloni beans
1vegetable stock pot
1 1/2 pintswater
4sage leaves
to tastesalt and white pepper

Lightly fry onions in a large saucepan

Add parsnips and cook for 2 minutes

Add beans, stock and water and sage
4

Cook for 20 minutes then blend until smooth
