Ingredients

  1. 1/2chicken
  2. 1/2 cupsesame oil
  3. 30 gginger
  4. 10 clovesgarlic
  5. 2chilli padi
  6. 1/2 cupoyster sauce
  7. 1 cupcooking wine (chinese)
  8. thumb size rock sugar
  9. salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into shot-glass size

  2. 2

    Pad dry with paper towels and season salt

  3. 3

    Fry over med-high heat till golden brown (~6 mins)

  4. 4

    Set aside and make sauce

  5. 5

    Heat sesame oil over med and fry ginger

  6. 6

    Add garlic and chillis

  7. 7

    Add chicken

  8. 8

    Add oyster sauce and mix

  9. 9

    Add cooking wine and rock sugar

  10. 10

    Cover with lid ~ 3-5 minutes

  11. 11

    Cook off sauce until right consistency
