I was hungry but only had konjac jelly in the fridge.

65 gpancake mix
2 teaspoonsmilk
20 gmargarine or butter
1-2 teaspoonssugar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead until it forms a cohesive dough.

Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

Roll out to a thickness of about 1/8 to 1/5 inch and cut into shapes.

Arrange on a baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 10 to 13 minutes.

Let cool slightly.

You can also bake them in a toaster instead of an oven.
Lightly cover with aluminum foil and heat for about 3 minutes, then remove the foil and heat for about 1 more minute.

The toaster is 1000 watts. Let them cool slightly after baking.

They're done. Be careful with the toaster as they can burn quickly, so check by lifting the foil every 15 seconds or so.
