Ingredients

  • 2 headsbroccoli, broken into florets
  • .5small purple onion, chopped (although I mince mine)
  • 12 ozshredded mozarella (or cheddar for some reason)
  • 1 lbbacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 Cmayonnaise
  • .5 Cgranulated sugar
  • 2 Twhite vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    For the dressing, mix together mayo, sugar, and vinegar. Set aside.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, toss brocolli florets, onion, and cheese.

  3. 3

    Pour dressing over the salad contents and mix well.

  4. 4

    Top with bacon just prior to serving.
