Ingredients

2 headsbroccoli, broken into florets
.5small purple onion, chopped (although I mince mine)
12 ozshredded mozarella (or cheddar for some reason)
1 lbbacon, fried and crumbled
1 Cmayonnaise
.5 Cgranulated sugar
2 Twhite vinegar

Steps

For the dressing, mix together mayo, sugar, and vinegar. Set aside.

In a large bowl, toss brocolli florets, onion, and cheese.

Pour dressing over the salad contents and mix well.

Top with bacon just prior to serving.
