  • About 1/3 cup cooked rice (about 50 grams, soft-cooked rice is fine)
  • 1 sheetnori (seaweed)

    Cut the nori sheet in half. Spread the cooked rice (or soft rice) flat on one half, then cover with the other half of nori.
