Steps

Wash fish well with lime and vinegar.

Blend onion, garlic, pepper, raw gera.

Put oil in pot (not frying pan).

When the oil is hot add the blended stuff.

Add curry powder to pot.

Do everything on medium heat.

Add 3 to four lime.

Add the fish and stir well, don't let the fish fall apart.

Boil out water from the fish (fish will get dry) before adding water.

Add hot boiling water, just enough to fall 1/8 below the top of the fish.

Add green mango and 1 lime shortly after adding the fish.

Add roasted gets about 5 minutes before fish is done.

Add vegitable stock for flavour.

cover the lid and simmer till done don't let the fish fall apart
